- A PDF form to text file

Has anyone ever written or used a cgi script that would read a PDF form
submitted to a URL and write the values to a flat text file. Would love
to have some ideas on this as I am hitting a brick wall. I am creating
the form in Adobe Designer 7.0.

If you are using a POST method, then it's fairly straight forward (at
least with acrobat). I've never used Designer, so I don't know what the
options/differences are, but here is something that I've been working
with quite a bit:
As you can see, writing the file isn't a problem, it's just a matter of
getting the data in the format you want it to be in.
