Just got the following message from 2checkout.com. On Feb 1st, two days
ago, my first payment would have been due.

Did anyone receive the same message? If you are with 2checkout, did you
get paid on Feb 1st.?

This email is to notify you that the 2Checkout.com verifications
department has experienced difficulty in verifying your orders.
Therefore, your payment for this cycle has been postponed. Because of
the prevalence of fraud it is necessary to approve new accounts for
legitimacy and periodically review existing accounts to maintain a
continuous quality standard. Typically this process is transparent to
the merchant. However, in your account's case, the process has been
difficult and at this point has not been completed. We are working
diligently on your account and once the verifications process has been
completed we will notify you of your expected payment date.  Thank you
