My Sony Vaio Laptop Z505JE, with 128 MB memory, runs very slow when I
switched from Win 98 to Win XP. I am planning to upgrade ram to 512MB
but keep the 500MHz Intel CPU. According to Sony user guide, the
maximum memory is 192MB.
Anyone has experience in switching memory beyond 192mb and see any
noted improvement in performance.
