Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center

Look in the right pane for a value called Ident. Compare that value to the
chart found here:

http://salloway.org.uk/mediacenter/2004/version.htm

Double click the Ident value to change it to the correct value.

You can also find a utility written by MVP Mark Salloway that will allow you
to set the Ident value, without manually editing the Registry.
