I have two email messages and one file that will not resolve. how can I
find out which messages / file will not resolve? (I have tried clicking on
"resolve items" several times). thanks!

Which version of ActiveSync are you using, and which device? Are you
connecting to Exchange or synchronizing to the desktop?

I am using Activesync 4.0.1, and just synching with my desktop--i.e. not
exchange. thanks for your help.

You can try running ScanPST
(http://www.slipstick.com/problems/scanpst.htm) and see if it finds
any errors.
