Does any manufacturer of "uncattable" laptop security cables provide a
warranty to copmensate for the cost of the laptop is the cable is cut

We bought about 50 cables for work and the problem we had was that the
combinations could be changed by flipping a lever on the end and turning
the numbers. They kept on changing by themselves and it's a pain to pick
them. We also had one where the cable came out of the end fitting. All
went back.

I had an idea of using a kryptonite New York Bicycle chain. But it all
comes to attachig the chain to the laptop. Those cable holes are so
lame...

There is no such thing as an "uncuttable cable". Any lock, ANY, is a
delaying device and a deterrent to casual pilferage and nothing more.
Treat them as such.
