You are amazing...thus far only your solution works!
It not only solve the irritating #msntb_toolbar_full_name# problem, it also
fixes all my 'remove program' problems from activating 'system restore'.
Microsoft products really sucks.

I used your suggestion to rid my system of the
#msntb_toolbar_full_name#

problem and it worked I now have my computer back to how I like it once again
