Two separate chips, I think. The BIOS is in flash memory, and the
passwords are in a special security chip used for just this function
(storing passwords) and it contains flash memory but the interface is
serial, not a conventional bus memory interface.
Not certain of this, this is the general procedure, but I have no
specific information on this model.
