Did you get this fixed? I'm getting the exact same thing. This worked
great on my i730 right out of the box but this new 700w isn't. I've
already been through a couple of people at vzw and palm and they just
ended up with the usual do a hard reset. Well I just did one and it
still won't work. Like you I can get on the internet as well.
