do windows 2000 or windows 2003 can create the "allow" list for remote
desktop(terminal services) as same as ftp/web blocking?

Hi,

Can you explain a bit more? What would you like to filter? Who can access
the server using Terminal Services? You can filter it... What would you like
to filter them by? IP address, usernames, ... ?
