Please log in for more thread options I used the hp recovery option on one of my client's computers once (not
MCE). It basically puts you back to square one. Even the free trials begin
again and can be used again (Norton specifically). Also, all the previously
loaded programs worked too. I was pretty happy with the way it worked. No
data was lost.
