Please log in for more thread options Thank you S ... i did find that page previously, meticulously followed the
directions and STILL I can not get SFC to work. Oddly, I did NOT have that
registry key "sourcepath" in step 2. I even added that as a registry key and
indicated "C:\" when editing the added key.
Still did not work. Keep getting that error that files are needed "Files
that are required for Windows to run properly must be copied to the DLL
cache. Insert your Windows XP Professional CD-ROM" ...
...and I do that and it still won't work, so i keep on hitting cancel.
