My mobile device is an HP hw6515. I am using ActiveSync 3.8 and when I try to
install ActiveSync I get the following error message:

"A system error has prevented Microsoft ActiveSync from setting up a
partnership between your mobile device and this computer
To set up a partnership, disconnect your device, restart Windows on this
computer, and then reconnect your device"

I did what the message suggests and it won't work, I keep getting the same
message. I dissabled the firewall and it would not work either. I searched
for the message in the Knowledge base and the news group and I did not find
any similar situation. Any idea of what I should do? The windows CE version
is 4.2. Thank a lot for your help.

Carlos
