oxuqcig.dll is not a valid dll or a part of Windows.
Clean up all the temporary internet files and cookies.
Scan your system with latest versions of Spybot,Search and
Destroy,CWShredder or,Windows Defender as well as Adaware.
Run these tools in Safe mode.
