Hi,
First, do you have to use the VPN to sync with Exchange or are you
connecting via wireless directly to the server?
If your Exchange server's host has a period in the name then the Pocket PC
will connect via the internet connetion including wireless. If your
Exchange server's host name does not have a period then it will attempt to
setup the VPN to that host.
I suggest installing vxutil from www.cam.com to confirm that the host name
is accessible externally.
