After some research, this sounds nearly impossible! We have Exchanger
Server 2003 sp2. Getting "Invalid Security Certificate on Server...."
After countless calls to Alltel support and browsing MSDN blogs for info on
installing certificates, etc... no solutions, at least for an "advanced
novice."

Is it really this f%^!@ difficult to make the thing sync and get email on
the road?? Tell me I'm making it harder than it has to be!

Hi,
Did you install the digital certificate from the Exchnage Server's Website?
If you are using a Verizon based device you need to contact Verizon for a
special certificate installer.

Hi,
You may want to review
http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/faqs/digital_certificates.htm which includes
links to the utilities to install the cert.

Thanks for the reply... Got the certificate from the Web Access page. How
is it installed on the device? copy to the device and click to install or
do I need an installation program. The device is from Alltel, Audivox 6700.

You should be able to copy the cert in .DER format to the 6700. Then use
File Explorer to click on it. You will be prompted Yes or No to install it.
