Hi!! I bought an iPAQ 2790 and I want to connect to Exchange server 2000,
not for email as the majority of other folks (I suppose), but only for a
public contacts folder and public calendar also. You see, I work in a clinic
where we store some information of our patients in Exchange 2000 with Outlook
2003. This info is updated every day, so I need to sync before I walk out of
my office. I finally succeeded in connecting iPAQ with my laptop with XP SP2
and ActiveSync 4.1. Of course, no luck with usb, but since I made it with
bluetooth, it's OK by me! I cannot get the pda to connect with exchange
server although it connects to laptop and the credentials are OK. Do you know
of any third party software to do the trick? I tried to find it myself but it
seems that I found software primarily oriented to email, such as Visto or
Goodlink.

Mike!

ActiveSync will not synchronize with public folders. As for what you
want to do, check out XtndConnect PC -
