I am having trouble syncing with two computers. All of the buttons on my
iPAQ recently stopped working so I had to reset the device. Once I had done
so, I could not sync with my existing partnership on my home computer, so I
deleted the old partnership from ActiveSync then created a new partnership
with the same name and synced at home successfully. Now, when I try to sync
with my work computer, it says I already have a partnership with that name
and I need to create a new name. Even after I delete the partnership from
Activesync on the work computer, it still is forcing me to create a new
partnership. If I do so, then I will have two different
partnerships/different names on the same device, which I can only assume I
don't want in my case.

This is not the first time that I have had one of my computers "confused"
about partnerships. I always seem to find my way out of it, but it usually
involves "combining" items on the device and one of the computers and going
through and manually deleting all duplicates, a big hassle. I have not been
able to find anything about syncing to two computers in help, microsoft
site, other FAQs. Can anyone offer any advice on how to cleanly sync to two
computers? Specifically, is there a way to truly "wipe out" any memory of
partnerships on both computers and start anew? And is there a better way for
me to handle this in the future?

While I love my iPAQ and having MS programs this is getting very
frustrating. I feel like my old Palm software handled this much better.
Would appreciate any guidance on the topic...

Critical info:
Device = HP iPAQ 4350 w/ Pocket PC 2003 Prem
Home PC: Windows XP Pro, Activesync v? (at least 3.8)
Work PC: Windows XP Pro, Activesync v3.8.0, syncing to PC not Exchange
