Have a look in our Bluetooth Guides (link below).
The COM port is simply a serial port emulation - your computer thinks it's a
COM port but it is actually Bluetooth doing it. You have to configure an
"incoming" port on Bluetooth, and let ActiveSync know that port is where
Pocket PC/Smartphones will connect to. Then you configure the Pocket PC to
connect to your computer.
