When I try to sync my "IPAQ RZ 1715" I get an error message that says
"Microsoft Outlook is no longer installed so active sync cannot continue to
run..reinstall Outlook". Outlook (2003) IS INSTALLED. I use it everyday. For
grins and giggles I put the "Office 2003" in the cd-rom and get another
error..."the installation source for this product is not available.Verify
that the source exists and that you can access it". There are no choices from
this point onward. All the installation file does is close. How do I verify
it exists beyond using it all the time?

Now I am really confused. I get this same error when I try to "detect &
repair" within Outlook "help".

Not really a PocketPC issue. Have you tried reinstalling Outlook/Office
2003? Is this the same CD you used to do the installation? You might post in
an Office group for more help.

Hi,
What version of ActiveSync are you using? Do you use another program as
your default e-mail client?
