I have the Verizon Pocket PC smartphone and am having problems syncronizing.
I use Active Sync to push my emails (pop3) to the phone, that works great.
But our server doesn't keep the tasks and calander from outlook so I want to
syncronize those to my phone via the USB. I have installed the software,
and it worked for a few days, but then suddenly the PC doesn't recognize the
phone. I have tried disabling the push technology, that doesn't seem to
work, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, I'm sure its something small I am
missing, but its very frustrating doing double entry.
