Rob,

I have uninstalled Outlook and Active Sync several times. I even
went thru the registry after uninstalling the programs and manually
uninstalled anything that had to do with Outlook or Active sync. This
took quite a while. But I still have the same isse. Appreciate your
replies.

Have you tried running ScanPST
(http://www.slipstick.com/problems/scanpst.htm)?
