Hi,
I have some error massages "support code:1" when i synchronize my Dell Axim
ActiveSync 4.1 with MS Outlook.
MS outlook is configure with Microsoft exchange 2003 in cache mode.
I become this message just by a few recurrence appointment. I see nothing
special by this Appointments. When I create the same appointment again, then
works.

I did an update from Activesync 4.0 to 4.1 but i have still the same error.

thanks for help

Do you get this error message when you try and sync after you create
any recurring appointment, or just a select few?

Are you synchronizing via Server ActiveSync direct to the server, or
are you synchronizing to Outlook on the desktop?
