I would like to configure my Smartphone Inbox for always-up-to-date.. we are
running Exchange 2003. When I do this, everytime a new email arrives on the
server, I receive an SMS message "You have mail from <my email address>.
Please reply with 'Read' to read your message.". This used to work absolutely
perfectly before; I would never see the SMS message, instead my Smartphone
would just automatically sync and it would pull email whenever messages
arrived on the server. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening and how
I can get it back to working properly like it used to? For now, I have had to
set the Inbox to poll periodically, but I would much rather have it poll only
on new messages.

TIA
