I have a Cingular 2125 and just bought a 2GB miniSD card and slapped it in
my phone. no problem. I added about 6-7 albums worth of music to the card,
and started listening this morning, no problem.

now my phone is complaining about having no storage space every 5 minutes or
so (really, whenever it's caching something to system memory I think). The
one thing I did do was use the 'Update Library' command in WMP, and it said
it found 74 files and added them, but then they weren't in my library when I
looked.

My question is this: how do I check on what the system sees the storage
card as, and/or what is using my main system memory? Is there a way built
into the system or a third party tool that is good for this?

Also, anyone else with experience with a 2GB card in a 2125?

thanx:barry

Baryy, press Start several times until you see the Task Manager as one of
your choices. Start Task Manager and then press Menu then 6. That will
show you the Memory (and other information).

I have a 1GB miniSD card and have had no problems.

Hi John,

Thank you! strange place to go to find what seems like rudimentary system
info... seems like indexing my library must have written something to main
memory (only 20mb?) that brought it to almost full (about 19 of 20mb) --
Just clearing temp internet files seemed to fix it for now (I'll move that
to the card via registry for the future). BTW - no prob at all with the 2GB
card - system shows it at 1.9GB capacity, but that's close enough for me ;)
.

thanx:barry
