ssh config file "-N" option equivalent

Is there an equivalent of ssh's "-N" command line option in
~/.ssh/config file?  I have all kind of port forwardings set in config
file, like for example:
  Host rdp-forwarding
  User g.da.luz
  LocalForward 3389
But after issuing "ssh rdp-forwarding" command, I am logged onto remote
machine (and port forwarding if set, of course), which I don't want...
