I'd say that if this is a perfectly good solution to your problem,
I'd be disinclined to provide you with a second solution just
because it was prettier. PuTTY is not in the business of
reimplementing things that the OS is already capable of providing
perfectly adequately; we prefer to spend binary space on things that
_add_ to the available functionality.
If I wanted to start multiple sessions in one go, the above is how
I'd do it. If it's fine for you too, I see no reason not to stick
