PuTTY Telnet and Plink

Do you have a question? Post it now! No Registration Necessary.  Now with pictures!

I can successfully run a Telnet connection using the PuTTY GUI with the Host Name, Port 4001, and Connection type set to Telnet.
The response to queries like frq? and tmp? are immediate.

But if I put frq? and tmp? in a script.txt file and run Plink.exe for example:
plink.exe -P 4001 -telnet -m script.txt
I get no response.

Is there an error in the plink command string?

Is there a way to put the queries (frq? and tmp?) directly in the command string and not use a script.txt file?
