Works for me using drivers made by a good guy at MSFN forums.
Not a big deal usually Scandisk will fix. Of course I agree you
should try to avoid tuning the pc off suddenly, even NTFS isn't
immune to corruption in my experience, despite the journaling
I hate MS "system restore", it's the first feature I will remove from
an XP system ! As for Win 9x, there are many ways to save the
registry, manual or automated. Perso I use "configsafe" that happened
to be provided with an OEM PC.
