Putty: how to hide terminal window?

We're using Putty to start X programs on a LINUX machine and have them
displayed under Windows (Xming).  This works nicely, using the
configuration option "Connection.SSH.Remote Command".  What's not so nice,
though, is that Putty always starts a terminal window when a session is
started.  Can the terminal window be disabled or, at least, minimized?

Perhaps you'd rather use 'plink' instead?
