Plink -m option doesn't support windows text files (CRLFvs LF delimited)

I am trying to create a batch file to connect to my router and run a
list of commands.  I am using the -m option to run remote commands
from a file.  This works fine, so long as the commands file is saved
as a *nix file with LF to mark new lines and not CRLF    When I send
plink a CRLF delimited remote command file it doesn't run properly as
the remote system doesn't like the carriage return.

Is there some way to feed it a windows style file containing the
remote commands, or get around this limitation?
