Is there active passive connection for SFTP like for FTP.

No. SSH (and SFTP) simply pipes data through the (1) connection.

You have to remember that FTP uses two ports. 1) for data and 2) for
control. It is the data port that active/passive is relevant. SSH use only
one it is not relevant.
