rate this thread
backup spec as a pre-exec script. In particular, we are executing the
line "C:\Program Files (x86)\PuTTy\pageant" "C:\Temp\netapp.ppk" and
the script runs as the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. The purpose of this script
is to run Data On Tap commands on a Netapp filer without having to be
prompted for a root password. The script runs fine most of the time;
however it sometimes fails due to "Exit code = -2. The session will
not start." What does exit code -2 indicate, and is there a reason for
the script not being able to start?
