Howdy all, I have installed OpenSSH for Windows 3.8.1pl-1 on my system
and have run mkgroup -d to create \etc\group and mkpasswd -d -u myid to
create \etc\passwd. I have read thruogh the documentation and here is
where my question lies. I would like to be able to allow all users that
are in a domain group to be able to ssh into my server. Can this be
done without entering each user into \etc\passwd ? If so I would
GREATLY appreciate a sample of the group and passwd files that would
allow this.

Thanks in advance

I think if you just use mkpasswd -d without the -u switch it will return all
domain users.  You can type this command all by itself to see the output
(instead of directing it to a file.)
