The error message is pretty decriptive: there's something wrong with
your name resolution, eg the requests to your DNS server are timing out
due to a network or server problem.
Make sure you have 2 or 3 nameservers list configured (eg /etc/resolv.conf
on Unix) and that they actually work. You can also list the same
nameserver more that once, which will help with intermittent network
problems but won't help with server problems.
