the docs of Putty I read the following:
"If the underlying version of Windows has the appropriate translation table
installed, PuTTY will use it."
Where should I put the translation table in XP? It shoul'd be an 512-byte
long file. Do anyone have one for ISO-11?
Re: How to make own "translation table" in Putty?

(I assume you mean ISO-IR-11.)
I don't know that it's possible to add to Windows' set of translation
tables. You'd probably be better off hacking PuTTY to add the
translation table you need.
