I'm trying to tunnel a windows remote desktop connection thru a ssh tunnel:
ssh -L 13389:somehost:3389 somehost
which does not work. Whereas
ssh -v -v -L 13389:somehost:3389 somehost
works. Using just -v doesn't work either.
server protocol 1 (sun solaris 5.6)
client openssh OpenSSH_3.9p1, OpenSSL 0.9.7e 25 Oct 2004 (Cygwin/WinXP)
Could it be that I'm hitting an incompatibility between the two different
ssh versions and os's?
Thanks in advance
