I have a router that is permenantly live on the web with a fixed IP.
Inside my network I have a Windows 2000 Terminal Server that can see the
router on the network.
All I want to do is the following: I want to connect to the router (from
the internet) using an SSH connection from an app like Putty.
I want the Terminal Server to 'monitor' this connection and authenticate me.
Then I can open a Terminal Services
connection to the server. Is this possible to do? What software would I be
best to use to get a quick and easy setup?
I was gonna use VPN but I've been told that SSH is much better.
