ssh redirects fd0,1,2, by default. ssh can redirect tcp sockets (-L, -
What about fd #4 and up ? Can I tell fd rerect them ?
    ssh localhost 'cat 1<&4' 4</tmp/myfile
    fd4: bad file descriptors
Can I tell ssh to redirect fd number N to/from, across ssh session ?

What, precisely, do you think #4 is supposed to be? And from your
syntax, SSH is not doing the redirecting. The *shell* is doing the
redirecting, and it has no idea what port "4" means.
