Can anyone help? My monitor is displaying the items that should be on the
top of the screen at the bottom. To get my mouse to the items, I have to
raise the mouse to the top of the screen and it will appear on the items
displayed at the bottom. Hope you understand what I am trying to explain.
How can I correct this?

Thanks, but it did not fix the problem.

Open Control Panel>Display>Settings tab>advanced, navigate through the
tabs to find a rotate display option. This option has come due to the
graphic card you have installed. The option should allow you to rotate
the display back to its original orientation.

Sounds to me like something is corrupted either in your video drivers
or mouse drivers. If S.Sengupta's suggestion doesn't work, I'd consider
reinstalling said drivers or downloading the latest versions from the
manufacturers.

Or maybe you could try just changing your screen resolution to
something else and then back to your usual settings...

No guarantees - I'm kind of grasping at straws.

Before I send this - I just remembered having a similar problem a while
back with an LCD monitor. IIRC, turning it off and on again would
correct it (but it was annoying).
