 Hey!

Recently aquired a QTEK 9100 / I-mate K-JAM
and I've found that some of my contacts in Outlook are not synched to
the mobile device. Anyone have any clues as to why this is happening?

I'm using ActiveSync 4.1

 Could they have extensive notes on them, that makes the contacts too large
for the device to handle?

Nope, they hadn't but they had images attached to the contacts - removed
them and whammo..

Thanks a bunch.. would've taken me way to long to figure that one out..

One thing to the MS people though. When a contact is not synching
because its to BIG... how about giving us poor users an errormessage
that says "Contact to big" instead of just ignoring it?

This should have worked. I would like to understand as to why this failed to
sync. Can you please look at your %TEMP%\wceslog.log file? Hopefully, there
should be some kind of error associated with the contact item.
