Hi Mike. I just got the same message this morning and I was trying to figure
what I did that could have caused it. At first I thought it was because of
keyboard I changed, but upon further examination it seems that the installer
is referring to the HP Printer driver for further information. Now, las night
(7/3) before I went to sleep I downloaded the latest updated from Acrobat (I
think), and when I put on the driver for the printer, it said something about
not recognizing the update I did last night. I know, it sounds crazy, but
putting on the printer driver worked for me, and it just might work for you.
I hope this helps.
