When mobile device is connected to USB, Media Player 10 (with Windows Server
2003 SP1) says "No device has been detected..."
1. Mobile device Qtek 8310 (smartphone) with Windows Mobile 5.0 (Build
14406.1.1.1),
2. ActiveSync 4.1.0 (Build 4841) installed and works (exept Sync with Player),
3. 1GB storage card,
4. USB connection,
5. Windows 2003 Server SP1 (Ver 5.2.3790), all updates from Windows Update
web are installed.
6. Windows Media Player 10 (Ver 10.00.00.3700),
7. I logged as Administrator.
Reinstalling ActiveSync 4.1 does not help.
Reinstalling Media Player 10 is not possible on Server 2003 operating system
(only with the Service Pack 1)
With Win XP SP1 and SP2 everything works fine! But Server 2003 is listed in
comatible operating systems, so it must work too!
PLEASE HELP!!! I really need to use the Server.
