How many certificates can a single card have?
Administrator needs to have two accounts regular user account, and another
one to perform his administrative duties, does he need two cards? or two
accounts can be stored on one card?

Hi,

This would depend on:
- amount of storage available on the card (e.g. 8K, 16K, 32K, 64K, ...)
- size of the keys

Note about smart card logon: Current versions of Windows can only use one
certificate per smart card for smart card logon. This would be the
certificate in first slot on the card...
Most of the other application can use any certificate on the card. What
application must support is some kind of desktop interaction where
application e.g. asks user to select a certificate from list of valid
certificates that he/she wants to use for current operation.

Thank You, for reply

Summary:
if i need to have to different accounts/logons i.e. two different sets of
permitions for system use/maitanance for an administrator i need two cards.
Does secondary logon supports a card with 2 cetificates? Did you come across
any articles about it? Best practices or something....

Correct.

No as that is still a logon.
