I just bought a Treo 700w with Wm 5.0. When I connect to my ISp to check my
web mail I can't seem to delete any email messages because the web site
seems to want a "mouse click" and I can't figure out how to do with WM 5 and
a stylus pen. Also is that a way for Wm 5 Notes to have a document to be
operned by WinXp? I made some notes and now find out that the format is in
PWI. Any way to convert to have some other XP application open the document?
Thanks for the help.
Danny

stylus tap = mouse click

WM Notes should sync with Outlook notes on your desktop (Outlook should have
come with the phone)

Gerry.... Thanks for the reply and help. I think I tried that, but being =
new to the phone I just don't remember. I will give it try and see. I know =
that I can sync, but I don't want all the trouble. This phone for my
pleasure = and not for business. Thanks again. Danny

Beverly... My ISP thinks that it may have something to do with a JavaScript
they use on web site. He said he tried on my pda w/WM5 and got the same
results as I. I believe that their sever is running something other than
Windows sever because I can't use FrontPage to publish to my web site on
their sever.
Does this give any help?
I appreciate the help.
Danny

The use of Java is the most likely cause of the problem.

We are flying blind here because we have zero information about your
circumstances such as "who is your isp" and what are your options?

For example, it should be possible to get your email via pop3 using
inbox or the provider may offer simpler web interfaces such as
squirrelmail or similar.

Knowing at least the isp would allow us to take a look and perhaps root
out a few alternative options.
