I recently purchased a 360 and am trying to connect it to my Media Centre PC
to no avail.
After assistance from
http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2006/05/22/604380.aspx I was able to
install Update RollUp 2.
I am now trying to install Media Centre Extender (XboxMCE05Lite-enu). Every
time I run the setup it has an error just as after I enter the 8 digit code
and it attempts to setup a user account. The message on screen is "Setup
Error. A problem occurred during Setup. Please run Setup again. If the
problem persists, contact your computer manufacturer for assistance"
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
