Have the setting in my inf for WIN2k3 server install.
[Privilege Rights]
sesystemtimeprivilege = Administrators

Get this error when trying to accomplish:
Error assigning SeSystemtimePrivilege to Administrators account. This
setting may block administrators from logging on interactively.

The only other group it is assigned to is Local Service. The same procedure
works on installs of XP Pro.
