interpretation of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement
Ironically, this is also the day the Department of Defense begins
restricting blogs available to U.S. troops overseas:
Troops will no longer be allowed to access such sites as Myspace,
Youtube, MTV, Blackplanet , photobucket, live365, hi5.com, pandora.com,
1.fm, etc., using military Internet access.
