Does anyone know how to tell .htaccess "If the requesed URL
is http://www.guymacon.org/ , skip the next seven rewrite
rules and exit all rewriting at once?" It has to be exactly
that URL, and not...
...or any other variation.

once, and if we do, let the 'catch-alls' act on it:
end of quote
