Hi all,
I'm looking to go on a website usability training course - as
reasonably soon I'm going to be involved more heavily with website
usability for AA and AAA requirements. I've had a look in the search
engines and in the UK all the courses advertise reasonably similar
outcomes and topics. If anyone could reccomend somewhere that does
these well from their past experience I'd be grateful.

thanks in advance

Hi Michael,

I haven't been on a course for this, but I'm quite interested in
accessibility and usability. A company local to me is part run by
Richard Rutter, who I've heard talk well on the issues involved, and
his book comes well recommended:

A better place to ask about a course is probably on the Evolt mailing
list, which you can find via this page: /

As your focus is on AA and AAA requirements, you'll probably want a
course on accessibility rather than usability. My company runs courses
on both these topics which get great reviews from participants (you
can read reviews on our web site).

Web accessibility for developers and designers, March 4, London.
Learn how to design accessible web pages and find out how to evaluate
web pages for accessibility. 1-day course,425 + VAT.

Web usability training, May 14-15, London.
This two-day training course will provide you with the tools and
knowledge you need to incorporate usability into your web development
project. 2-day usability course,675 + VAT.

Let me know if you have any specific questions about either course or
if you'd like me to put you in contact with previous delegates.
